The Ohio High School Athletic Association on Sunday announced the pairings and sites for the football regional championships. The games are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday. Central Ohio teams are in bold.

Some of the area winners include teams in our preseason top-10 countdown, such as Westlake, LBJ, Dripping Spring and Lake Travis. But the competition should be tougher in the area playoffs next round.
