The PWHL is hiring three-time U.S. Olympian and New Jersey Devils director of player development Meghan Duggan to assist in its hockey operations department, the league announced Friday.

The Minnesota Frost has a larger staff than did PWHL Minnesota, plus newly branded gear, a longer season and, of course, the Walter Cup trophy.

EA Sports announced that all six PWHL teams will be added to NHL 25 during their holiday update on Dec. 5 as part of their new multi-year partnership. The PWHL teams will be featured in the Play Now, Online Versus, Shootout and Season modes.

Fans of women’s hockey and of the video game franchise EA SPORTS NHL 25 will soon be able to play the game with all six teams of the Professional Women’s Hockey League.
