PAGASA says Super Typhoon Pepito (Man-yi) may pass close to or over Quezon's Polillo Islands by late Sunday morning, November 17

In Pagasa’s 8 a.m. bulletin, Pepito is estimated at the coastal waters of Vinzons, Camarines Norte, based on data from Daet and Baler weather radars.

SUPER Typhoon Pepito is expected to weaken after its second landfall over Aurora or Quezon later today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.

Super Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi) is now over the Philippine Sea east of Quezon province, prompting the state weather bureau to raise Signal No. 5 over parts of Polillo Islands and Calaguas Island.
